Parent & Student Visits

Once your family completes the inquiry form and receives myHB login credentials, schedule parent and student visits through the online portal or by calling 216.320.8767.

Parent Previews

Events to learn more about each division are hosted monthly from October through January.

The entire admission process is accessible and must be completed in myHB. The only exception is the release of records form. Complete the form and submit it to your child's school.

Applications submitted after the priority deadline will be considered on a rolling basis.

Preferred Application Deadlines:

January 20 - 1st-12th grade admission and flexible tuition applications for priority consideration
January 31 - Infant and Toddler Center, Early Childhood, and Kindergarten admission and flexible tuition applications for priority consideration

Application Fees:

Infant & Toddler Center: $25
Early Childhood $35
Primary School $50
Middle and Upper School $35

Screening & Testing

Early Childhood

Early Childhood Screenings are held in January and February.

Once your application is submitted, the Admission Office will contact you to schedule a screening.

Primary School

Screenings for girls entering first through fourth grade are conducted during her campus visit.

Kindergarten screenings are held in January and February. Once your application is submitted, the Admission Office will contact you to schedule a screening.

Middle & Upper School

Register to complete the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE).

The ISEE must be completed by the priority application deadline.
